Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome Webisodes

I'm a huge fan of the revamped Battlestar Galactica series from SciFi so I was very excited when I heard about the new prequel series being released online. It follows a young Adama on his very first mission as a pilot. It's very good. Four of the 10 episodes have been released thus far and two more come out on November 23rd. I can't wait! Punch and Judy - Funny Video

I discovered Punch and Judy from reading the encyclopedia. The entry was too good to resist - it described a British "comedic" puppet show in which Punch beats up and usually kills his wife, Judy, among other characters. The British are so quirky that way. My interest was piqued so I had to check it out. Here's what I found:

I'm a Marvel

Do you remember those "I'm a Mac, I'm a PC" commercials from a few years ago? Well, they have been wonderfully spoofed on YouTube by ItsJustSomeRandomGuy, drawing on Marvel and DC characters. It is obvious that Marvel is the "Mac" in these spoofercials because the Marvel characters always seem to get the upper hand. There are a whole slew of these so if you like the one below, you should check out more on YouTube.

How It Should Have Ended... Funny Videos

There's a geek-funny series of cartoon videos on YouTube called, "How It Should Have Ended." Basically, the name says it all. They take popular movies (particularly those that geeks might be interested in) and give it an alternate ending. They are quick astute and pointing out absurdities in movies and rectifying the situation by providing their own hilarious conclusions. Check out the samples below.

Barats and Bareta = comedic gold!

This pair of filmmakers hit it big when their "Cubical Wars" video went viral. They crank out videos at an amazing rate. They literally have scores of videos cataloged. They don't shy away from any subject their - they're equally likely to make fun of religion, themselves (usually implying awkward homosexuality), video gamers, basketball, or office life. When I watch these videos I get the idea that these guys grew up just like me - playing Nintendo, DnD, and going to church.
